You have put a lot of time and energy into building bonds with your clients, and we want you to be confident that when you refer patients to us, we will act in your best interest as well as the best interest of your patient and client. As a new, privately owned emergency and specialty referral hospital, our commitment to you is that we will act as an extension of your practice to support your previous actions and warmly and compassionately help pet owners make decisions that are in the best interest of their pets – keeping you updated every step of the way. We are here for you, your clients, and your patients every day at any hour.
Here is what we can currently offer that you may not have seen before:
We are offering read outs by a board certified pathologist for your cytology samples with results within a few hours. After you drop the sample off at our hospital, we will use on of the world’s most advanced microscopes to scan the entire slide in high resolution and send that to a veterinary pathologist. They will send you the results within hours.
That must cost a lot, right? We don’t want it to, so we are providing this service to you at our cost – and we think you will find it is about the same as what you are paying currently to get results back in a few days. And your clients will love YOU for it. We want to be a resource for you and a partner with you and that is why we are providing these services. We want to help strengthen the bond with your clients and this allows the pets to get better care and everyone wins.
